FIELD SERVICES
Some of the Field Services offered are: Senior Professional, Professional, Technician Level services, Field Sampling and Testing.

RUSH SERVICE
Normal  turnaround time (TAT) for most routine analyses is approximately seven to ten working days.  If results are needed more quickly, RUSH service is normally available, depending upon prior work loads in and commitments by the laboratory.  Please be advised that RUSH service is subject to availability of personnel and instrumentation and will bear surcharges.  Please call in advance of sample submission to confirm availability and cost of this service.

LIABILITY
AccuLab, Inc.'s liability in any claim relating to analyses performed shall be limited to, at AccuLab, Inc.'s option, repeating the analysis in question at AccuLab, Inc.'s expense, or the refund of the charges paid for performance of said analysis.  The client shall indemnify and hold harmless AccuLab, Inc. from and against all costs, damages, liabilities, and/or claims of any nature, relating in any way to AccuLab, Inc.'s performance or failure to perform any services.

MISCELLANEOUS
Authorization, either written or verbal, of AccuLab, Inc. to perform any service shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this document. A minimum charge for any service requiring a written report is twenty-five dollars.
